Easy Overnight Oats

Oats are a simple make ahead breakfast and are easy for most to digest due to their soluble fiber.

  • Oats are also a great source of protein, iron, magnesium and zinc (and zinc is excellent for healing!)

  • Bananas provide potassium and Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant

  • Chia (if tolerated) provides healthy fat and protein.
