There are few things more soothing than a hot cup of tea. Traditional Medicinals is one of my favorites because of their high standards and quality herbs and spices. Peppermint is excellent to reduce gut spasming, ginger is great to relieve nausea, and their Belly Comfort, with ginger, peppermint, and fennel soothes indigestion.
St. Claire’s Organics Ginger Pastilles
Ginger is one of my favorite herbs for nausea. These candies, with only .75g of sugar (molasses), are perfect to keep in your bag for when nausea and upset stomach strike.
Staying properly hydrated is so important (I cannot stress this enough!) Berkey filters use powerful all natural filtration to remove 200+ contaminants, including viruses and bacteria. Clean water is important for everyone, but especially for those with IBD (and especially if you are on immune suppressing medications!) This is my absolute favorite water filter and saves me a ton of money per year over other pitcher filters.
